Once off assessments
We offer comprehensive 50-minute psychiatric consultations for patients seeking a thorough assessment and personalized management plan. During these one-time evaluations, our experienced psychiatrists will carefully review the patient's mental health history, current symptoms, and overall well-being. We take a holistic approach, considering biological, psychological, and social factors to gain a complete understanding of each patient's unique needs. Based on this assessment, we will develop an individualized treatment plan, which may include recommendations for medication, therapy, lifestyle changes, and coordination with other healthcare providers. Our goal is to provide patients with the insights and strategies they need to achieve optimal mental health.
Ongoing Psychiatric Care
For patients who require ongoing support, we provide 30 to 60-minute follow-up consultations to ensure continuity of care and the best possible outcomes. Our psychiatrists work closely with patients to monitor progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and address any new concerns that may arise. We collaborate with the patient's primary care physician and other members of their healthcare team to ensure a coordinated, comprehensive approach to care. During these regular visits, we assess the effectiveness of medications, provide psychotherapy, and offer guidance on self-care and coping strategies. Our aim is to build strong, trusting relationships with our patients, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
